Wooops, hello there, first post from 2012, about time!

The room is completely painted and ready to welcome the animation stuff. Table and frame for the set also ready to start making the floor of the lab.
I had some isues building the table and the frame, the wood was very strong and sometimes was cracking with the screws. I also used some iron angles to reinforce the structure.

The floor is gonna be made with metal, like this, I'm gonna be able to use magnets behind the table to hold and move the puppets "magnetic tie-down system". Here a detail of the floor material. The diferent colour of the sheets is gonna help to create a ground pattern.

The new painting room allows me to keep the stuffed animals in good conditions and finally, no dust! I also got a new animal from my grandparents, a Fox!!! Awesomenessss! Is losing many hair so I cleaned it very carefully and used lots of hair spray on it.

Here a drawing of an idea of the lab, many things will change but others will stay...

 The picture of the diorama is from the artist Josep Maria Ramon Trilla from my town Tàrrega, I was very interested in his work and I had the chance to visit his studio and speak abaut the techniques he uses. His work is awesome specially his sculptures and dioramas.
